President of Pharmaceutical Compliance Unit

Dean is the Chief Technology Officer and Architect of Rosetta as well as the President of it's Pharmaceutical Compliance Unit. Mr. Rossi's main executive focus at Rosetta is the newly formed Pharmaceutical Compliance Unit which grew from his direct involvement in multiple custom State Aggregate Spend projects for major pharmaceutical companies. Formerly a Senior Consultant with Insight Consulting Group, he has over 15 years experience in designing and implementing a wide array of client-server, distributed-object and web based solutions.

Dean's focus on the Pharmaceutical Compliance Unit includes the design of the Aggregate Spend system, PharmaTrak™, as well as the shepherding of it's future direction and growth. Dean has led development teams on software application development initiatives at some of world's most respected businesses and institutions including: Hoffmann-La Roche, Reliant Pharmaceuticals LLC, Bristol Myers Squibb, Pershing Financial, Clinique, TMP Worldwide, GiftCertificates.com, Pace University, Phoenix Marketing Solutions, Schein Pharmaceuticals, and a host of others.

Chief Executive Officer

Rosetta's Chief Executive Officer, Jardena DiGiorgio's main focus is guiding the direction of the company while maintaining the rigorous pursuit of best practices in software solutions for every customer's applications.

Previously with Insight Consulting Group (now RCM Technologies) as a principal consultant, she managed the project managers on all software development projects. Jardena has worked as a senior developer and project manager on a variety of application development projects at: Hoffman-LaRoche -- www.rocheusa.com, AT&T, Pfizer, eRaterequest.com, giftcertificates.com, Bayer Pharmaceutical, Bristol Myers, Clinique -- www.clinique.com , Lexit Financial, Beacon Hill, Beth Israel Medical, Schering Plough, Warner Lambert, www.MH2O.com, and many others. Jardena has served both senior developer and executive managerial roles. Adept in many software development platforms and technologies, Jardena is a Siebel Life Sciences expert developer and directs a 10-person on-site Siebel development team.

Cristián A. Ossa

Chief Operating Officer

Cristián has over fourteen years of proven large-scale project management, application development and technical consulting experience. He brings hands-on experience in program management & specification development, software development, architecture evaluation and design, data modeling, prototyping, design/development/test, and planning for managing growth of start-up to medium sized technology companies.

He was one of the founders of www.GiftCertificates.com. As the Chief Information Officer, and Executive Vice President of Operations at GiftCertificates.com, Cristián was responsible for all technology implementations - including the website, all support applications, and the fulfillment and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. He led a staff of over 250, including 40 Technologists - developers, database administers, designers, and analysts, customer service representatives, security specialists and fulfillment staff. He was instrumental in designing the GiftCertificates.com's internal application - GiftSoft, which allowed the company to better understand and track its customers.

Prior to his position at GiftCertificates.com, he was the CEO of eRateRequest.com, a shipping and logistics portal. ERateRequest.com (renamed www.NeoModal.com) was sold to Descartes systems (NASDAQ: DSGX).

Cristián has been the Chief Operating Officer of Rosetta Technology Group since its inception in 1998. A key player in the launch and rollout of www.labstechnology.com, he continues to serve as the interim CTO. Cristián was responsible for some of the first windows based ERP systems, as well as some of the first true multi-tier architecture systems. He has architected, developed software, and led development teams at a veritable horde of companies including: Ocean World Lines -- www.oceanworldlines.com, Mediterranean Shipping Company -- www.mscgva.ch, Rodhe and Liesenfeld, Bridgewater, Beacon Hill, and Hannover Fairs -- www.hf-usa.com .

Kelly A. Michaelian

Director, Business Development

Kelly brings 15 years of operational and project management experience to Rosetta Technology Group. As Director of Business Development, she focuses on building and nurturing client relationships.

Kelly began her career at OTEC, Inc., one of the largest technology recruiting firms in New York City, where she managed both east and west coast offices and millions in revenue. She joined HotJobs.com as a founder in 1996, as Vice President of Operations. She was responsible for establishing all remote sales offices in seven major US cities, as well as the company’s Canadian and US headquarters and oversaw a multi-million dollar budget from inception through the company’s IPO in 1999. Prior to joining Rosetta, Kelly was COO at ValetNoir, Inc., a high-tech online exchange that matches gamblers with land-based and shipboard casinos. At ValetNoir, Kelly was responsible for establishing & maintaining contracts with major casinos (i.e. Wynn Resorts, Harrah’s Entertainment, Station Casinos, NCL, etc.). Additionally, she managed ValetNoir’s sales and marketing efforts, which included a patented/patent-pending CRM system, a private-label magazine, and frequent interaction with clients to specify and improve the world’s first web portal for gamblers to book complimentary rooms/cruise cabins.

Kelly has spoken at the University of Massachusetts, Columbia University, sits on advisory boards, and actively mentors children in underserved New York City communities. An avid traveller, she is conversational in Spanish and Portuguese, PADI certified, and an accomplished skier and kayaker.
